This Garland GI-SH/BA 3500FH countertop fajita skillet warmer is an excellent choice for fajita stations, letting you quickly warm up empty, cast iron oval fajita pans to serve sizzling hot fajitas to customers! Because it uses induction technology, this warmer promises super-fast heat up times with no open flame and minimal ambient heat - making it safer than traditional gas and electric burners. And with its real time temperature control system (RTCS), it also automatically compensates for temperature changes on the cooking surface, resulting in nearly instantaneous recovery and optimal heat distribution.

4 simple settings keep the warmer operation easy and results consistent. The timed "Fajita" (78 seconds), "Reheating" (20 seconds), and "Desert" (32 seconds) settings let you quickly handle a variety of simple tasks, with an "Off" setting to turn the unit off. Additionally, the unit is designed to shut off if it reaches unsafe temperatures, and at the end of timed cycles.

For optimal durability, this induction range features a stainless steel body with a high impact ceramic glass top that is built to withstand constant use.
