This heavy-duty model comes with three durable cast iron hot tops, each with a 22,000 BTU "H" burner that supplies consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking, and its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. Its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).
As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money! Plus, with a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, the Garland M43-3T is sure to give you all the workspace you need. It boasts a stainless steel front, sides, and one-piece drip tray that make it both incredibly durable and extremely easy to clean and maintain.
