Details
The Garde 181PBA12 replacement blade assembly features razor-sharp blades and can be used to replace the blade assembly that came standard on your 1/2" dicer or french fry cutter! Using a compatible push block, simply push your product through the blade assembly and watch as 1/2" thick uniform pieces emerge! It can also be paired with the appropriate push block to convert any Garde fry cutter or dicer into a 1/2" cut.
