Everything You Need
This kit includes a chamber vacuum packing machine, immersion circulator head, and a 5 gallon water tank. The Galaxy GVMC10 vacuum packaging machine features a 10" seal bar with (2) 2.5mm seal wires that create a tight, secure seal. With a powerful 1/4 hp maintenance-free dry pump, this efficient machine is sure to be a time saver for your establishment. The vacuum packing machine and the immersion circulator require a 120V electrical connection.
Convenient Timer
With its easy-to-read LCD display, this circulator has a timer that can display in increments of 1 minute and can be set for any time between 5 minutes and 99 hours! It is accurate to +/- <1 degree Fahrenheit.
Precise Cooking
Food is easily prepared for sous vide cooking with the marinate mode that includes 9 minute marination cycles to save time and marinate fast. Manually adjust the vacuum time from 0-80 seconds and the seal time from 0-6 seconds for ultimate precision. This sous vide circulator can be set between 41 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit and maintains your ideal temperature for as long as you cook, promoting consistency.
Spacious Water Tank
The included water tank holds up to 5 gallons of water, and the water can be heated at up to 1.6 gallons per minute. The tank's durable, stain-resistant polycarbonate construction makes it capable of withstanding heavy use and high temperatures, and it features built-in capacity indicators.

If you have an external-type machine: You must buy an external-type, or "out of chamber" bag (mesh design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be the same size or shorter than the seal bar on your machine.
