Designed for ease-of-use and space-efficiency, this Galaxy PC22 22 lb. compact digital portion control scale sports a small size that is simple to store and requires minimal counter space. This is great for when the counter is full of ingredients, cutting boards, and other supplies. It can display weight and count in kg., g., lb., oz., ct., and tl.

Portable and Accurate

This digital portion control scale is battery-operated. It uses 2 AAA batteries, adding portability and eliminating the need for a cord and plug as you move around the kitchen. Batteries are even included, and an AC adapter (sold separately) is also compatible for stationary applications. To help you monitor the battery usage, the scale features an auto-off feature that shuts down operation after inactivity. A leveling bubble is also included on the back of the scale to ensure that the scale is in optimal weighing condition for increased accuracy every time.

Easy to Read

A low battery indicator is also built in, letting you know when the batteries need changed. The indicator, along with the other functions, is displayed on the easy-to-read 2" x 13/16" LCD screen. This screen is backlit for visibility and can perform weigh, tare, hold, and part counting tasks with the mode, pcs, and tare buttons. The added overload indicator even alerts you when the load exceeds the capacity of the scale.

While this scale measures in lbs. and in oz. ...it doesn't measure in both lbs. & ounces, like every other scale??? It's almost like the person that designed it never worked in a kitchen or with US/imperial measurements. I did, however, appreciate that it came with batteries!
