Designed for extra refrigerated storage space, this unit is great for pre-chilled products. This light-duty unit is intended for product storage only. It is recommended that it be opened a minimal number of times per day for the purpose of moving your product into a pull-down refrigerator. It is not intended to lower the temperatures of your product. It holds temperatures steady between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit for food safety, making it ideal for storing produce, dairy products, or condiments. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
