Terrible quality issues. Bought 2, it is always smart to have a back-up. The first one barely lasted 2 months. Lets see how long the 2nd lasts. Makes weirs noise inside and does not come back to set point. I would suggest buying better scale.

Great product, feels sturdy and dial is easy to read. You need to be careful on the tighten screws for the weighing bowl holder - they can get loose and disappear.

We decided that we needed to start weighing things that we don't portion such as fries so we ordered one of these scales. Love the bowl and it is very accurate. We are able to quickly weigh fries, remove the bowl, and dump onto the fryer very quickly. The first one we ordered was missing the bowl and bracket to hold the bowl. I called customer service, and they sent a new one very quickly and had no interest in us returning the first one.
