The Hatco GRNH-66 Glo-Ray 66" steel single narrow high wattage infrared warmer is perfect for buffet lines since it's slim design eliminates much sight obstruction. This allows the focus to be on your delicious hot food, not on your infrared warmer. The tubular, metal-sheathed element bathes the entire holding surface with heat, and the pre-focused heat pattern holds all hot food at the optimum serving temperature for longer without continuing to cook it.
The warmer's steel housing is strong and sturdy to avoid sagging or warping over time, and the strong, non-adjustable mounting brackets allow it to be hung over the buffet line.
