I ordered the frymate lg400 for my cecilware fms504 and it is more than 1/2 in to small. When contacting customer care I was told that it was my fault for ordering the wrong one, when I took a snapshot of the frymate website showing that it is the correct filter and I also checked the compatibility chart on the webstaurant website it shows that I had selected the correct. All I got for a response was crickets. Not sure if it was just misprinted but for the first time I'm completely disappointed with the customer service from webstaurant.
