The ideal combination of efficiency and volume, the Frymaster 80 lb. high production electric floor fryer is an excellent addition to any restaurant looking to increase profits from popular fried foods! Designed to make frying easier, more economical, and smarter, this model features a proprietary long-life element design that comes with an RTD 1-degree compensating temperature probe for superior accuracy and consistent results. The SMART4U 3000 controller helps manage and monitor your oil quality, oil life, and general performance of the fryer for the optimal quality of your food.

The frypot is made of durable stainless steel to resist corrosion and make cleaning easier, and it is designed with a large cold zone and forward sloping bottom to help collect and remove sediment. A rear flush feature moves sediment toward the front 1 1/4" IPS drain for thorough removal. The fryer cabinet features a stainless steel construction on the door and cabinet sides to provide extra protection where it's needed most.

This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection and must be hard-wired. It does not come with a plug.
