For high-volume frying applications, the Frymaster RE17TC-SD 50 lb. high efficiency floor fryer with CM3.5 controls is the perfect choice. The proprietary design of the long-life elements along with the precise controls ensures top efficiency ratings, while the thermostat provides accurate temperature readings to extend oil life. Equipped with pinpoint accurate CM3.5 controls, this unit maintains correct oil temperatures at all times and even adjusts cook times for consistent, high-quality food products every time.

Since this unit comes with (2) twin fry baskets, you can quickly cook portions of your customers' favorite fried foods. The frypot is insulated to help retain oil temperature and reduce standby energy consumption, plus it is made of durable stainless steel to resist corrosion and make cleaning easier. In addition, the deep cold zone helps to collect and remove sediment from the frypot for cleaner frying oil. The cabinet base is made of durable painted carbon steel and sits on (4) 8 1/2" adjustable legs to accommodate unevenness in the floor. It requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
