These work great. Drains quickly and gets out the majority of the fine particulate. Just make sure the oil is still fairly warm for best drainage.

These fry filters are great for getting all of the fine particles out of fryer oil. We recommend making sure your oil is at least 200F or else the oil will take a really long time to filter through. Also, the instructions say to use 2 filters at a time, but that's not necessary. Only one is needed.
