ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I went through 4 of these before finally giving up on the product. My cafe has been open 3 months now with a range between 40-60 drinks made per day. of those maybe 50% requires use of the steam wand. These gaskets break after about 20 uses of the wand. They cannot withstand the high heat and snap. If you're lucky, it won't snap off into the pitcher of milk you are steaming, Hopefully the nozzle will hold it on until you realize. You're better off not having a gasket at all. I have since switched to the Breville orange colored gasket O-rings that are built for the "prosumer" Dual Boiler model and they work great on the Estella machine.
