I buy it 2 years ago and now its not working the heater water and the steamer I called costumer services they said the warranty is finish they can’t do anything pay 4,000.00 and now they can’t help to with techn .

i buy it 2 years ago since i buy it keep break down i spend half what i bay for it just wasting money for fake bran .

The machine started leaking right when I used it for the first time to testing it out. I didn't get any help from the selling company or the warranty which it should have been replaced.

Excellent espresso machine! Very well built, easy to use, and makes consistently great coffee. The three-group setup is perfect for handling a high volume of orders. It heats up quickly, works smoothly, and looks professional. Very happy with the quality and performance. Highly recommend!
We've had our 3 group for about 6 months now. I'm pretty pleased with it. We are a busy drive thru it keeps up shots no problem. I've noticed if we have back to back hot drinks the steam wand does have difficulty keeping up, but not enough to make a huge difference.
Just got my order . Still waiting for technician to install it . As of now it looks awesome !!!
