MAGNOLIA MANGO SMOOTHIE
4 cups Elmhurst cashew milk
2 1/2 cups frozen or fresh mango, diced
1 cup fresh or frozen banana, sliced
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
Garnish: small diced mango and agave nectar
In a blender combine diced mango, banana, and spinach. Slowly pour in cashew milk and blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes or more cashew milk for a creamier texture. Garnish with diced mango and agave nectar. Serve chilled.
