We use this plate as our medium size plate, and it has been working well so far. Nothing has scratched or chipped, which is a huge plus in a busy restaurant. I highly recommend

I love a nice melamine plate. We use this for staff meal in our kitchen. While the upfront cost is expensive, it will provide a return on expenses in the long run. Staff will not be using paper plates which can be costly and you won't have any broken china that is to be used in the restaurant.
