This premium, 1-compartment commercial banquet cart is designed for operational freedom with advanced ThermoFlex technology that makes it easy to switch from hot to cold holding to keep food at the perfect temperature, no matter what event you're serving. Designed to ensure optimal food quality in demanding commercial settings, this catering cart provides safe, continuous temperature control during transport to keep food hot or cold for at least 5 hours with no electricity, batteries, or cables required. It's designed to provide adjustable, flexible storage, and it's made for use with standard GN pans for a capacity of 16 standard rectangular GN 1/1 food pans or (8) 26" x 18" sheet pans (all sold separately). It also features a built-in, battery-free thermometer on the unit's outer back wall for monitoring temperatures.

This versatile banqueting cart includes 6 reusable EcoBurner cool packs that power cold holding and maintain a consistent chilled temperature during service and transport. The packs are made with phase-change material (PCM), and cold temperatures can be extended indefinitely by replacing the packs with freshly frozen sets. For hot food holding, this banquet cart is compatible with EcoBurner radiant heat cans (sold separately), with a 4-can capacity. The cart's design utilizes even heat distribution achieved with controlled venting to hold hot food at temperatures that are easily adjusted by adding or removing and replacing EcoBurners during service. The average low temperature of this unit is 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and the max temperature is 240 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed for maximum maneuverability with a compact footprint, this banquet cart is made with a durable, high-grade, heavy-duty 304 stainless steel frame with a wraparound handrail, durable rubber bump guards on all corners, and heavy-duty casters. A locking, vacuum-sealed, double-glazed, toughened glass door provides maximum visibility and stability, ensuring food integrity. The door opens to 250 degrees for easy loading and unloading using a foot pedal for hands-free access. This item includes (16) 1/2" removable, rectangular, perforated pans which can be used for plated service, and it has the capacity to hold up to (32) 11" dinner plates or (48) 8" appetizer plates (plates sold separately). It features 2 adjustable, detachable stainless steel side shelves for food preparation and serving, and it's compatible with EcoHold 16 expansion packs with additional racks and rails for added plating capacity (sold separately).
