Each of the two bowls measure a spacious 28" x 20" with 14" water levels to handle high dish loads. They're fabricated with seamless welding techniques to created coved corners that are much easier to clean. With twice the space, you'll be able to tackle dish sanitizing, food prep, and other assorted tasks simultaneously. The sink also features a perforated basket for rinsing food and basket-style waste drains for smooth drainage, as well as an 24" drainboard that will accommodate glass and dish racks throughout the workday.

Located on the right side, the generous 48" preparation area leaves plenty of working space for employees to cut vegetables, marinate meat, or complete a variety of other kitchen prep tasks. A slanted, 6" wide trough with flush nozzles allows for food waste to run off without contaminating anything else on the table. The two-bowl commercial sink and prep area also features a magnetic utensil holder, a removable bun pan holder, and a multi-polyboard assembly with three colored boards to improve overall utility and convenience. It's compatible with several other accessories and options, including a rear panel/shelf, ozone units, portion scales, and undercounter refrigeration (all available separately). The 9 1/2" backsplash includes centers for easy faucet installation, and the sink's stainless steel legs, cross bracing, and feet ensure it is both sturdy and reliable. The entire body is composed of 14 gauge, type 304 stainless steel - one of the most durable varieties - for unmatched resistance to corrosion and wear.
