Dried Small White Beans - 20 lb.

I REALLY HATE TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, AND THIS ISN'T THE ONLY BEAN PURCHASE, BUT.... THE SMALL WHITE BEAN WAS MORE MONEY PER POUND THAN SAY NAVY BEAN, SHIPPING WAS QUITE EXPENSIVE, FOUND MANY, (MORE THAN ANY OTHER BRAND OR PURCHASE) OF DEFORMED AND BROWN MARKINGS, EVEN BLACK SPOTS LIKE MAYBE MOLD, FUNGUS OR MILDEW ???? THEN AFTER EXTRA SOAK (24HR) FOUND INCONSISTENT COOK WITH MOST BEANS OK BUT SOME STILL HARD AND TOUGH. TRIED PRESSURE COOK BUT HAD MOST MUSH AND STILL SOME HARD BEANS. ALSO PURCHASED GREAT NORTHERN WHICH WERE MUCH BETTER COOKING BUT THEY TOO HAD MIX OF DIFFERENT BEANS INCLUDED THRU OUT BAGS.

Hard to find, the requisite bean for Boston baked beans. I've been looking for these in the Midwest since living in Boston 30 years ago. Now I can get them in bulk.
