These come in a box, no liner. The lentils just spill out everywhere when you move it around. Other wise pretty good quality lentils, not much in the way of bugs or pebbles.

These lentils are split, they are not whole. I sprout before cooking and for salads etc, they can't sprout because they are split. I can still use them but not as I wanted to when I ordered them. So if you want red lentils that are whole look elsewhere, because Webstaurant.com does not include the split/whole status of these lentils in their description.
