Dried Red Split Lentil Beans - 20 lb.

These lentils are split, they are not whole. I sprout before cooking and for salads etc, they can't sprout because they are split. I can still use them but not as I wanted to when I ordered them. So if you want red lentils that are whole look elsewhere, because Webstaurant.com does not include the split/whole status of these lentils in their description.

Glad we found these in bulk. Great flavor, awesome value when making Red Lentil Soup from scratch. Great way to make money. High quality and clean.

These come in a box, no liner. The lentils just spill out everywhere when you move it around. Other wise pretty good quality lentils, not much in the way of bugs or pebbles.

I love these lentil. Grain size is big and color is perfect. I make soup with this and serve with plain boiled rice. Price is great.

The lentils came fresh, I can count on Webstaurant to deliver products which are fresh, and that's awesome! These lentils can be added to salads, raw and sprouted, or cooked in a soup. I usually combine them with green lentils, add tomatoes, greens, sweet potato, potato, and any vegetable we have in the fridge.

These beans are so delicious and good and come in a great quantity for a great and reasonable price. Highly recommend this deal to all who would like to save money and have there food supplies last longer.

This is a fantastic quantity of good quality lentils. We use them to make a very tasty, creamy lentil soup with sauteed onions, potatoes, & herbs.
