I love using red beans for making chili. With the cold weather finally here people want a big bowl of chili to warm them up. I think dry beans make better chili because they don't turn to mush like canned chili. The price is great for these beans and I have yet to find any rocks in the chili.

Dried light red kidney bean, were everything we hoped they would be. A word of caution, as with all beans, look for little rocks packaged along with the beans. We managed to find quite a few of them in our 20# box. Could of been a potential lawsuit if one of our customers ate one. Thankfully our resident chef is amazing at picking out "the chaff from the wheat" so to speak. The quality, taste and texture of these beans are superb. Good quality beans. Just be sure to check for rocks, as I found a few small rocks in the box. One suggestion is to put the beans in a plastic bag within the box, for convenience.
