We use dried lentil beans for a variety of dishes! Lentils are incredibly nutrient when eaten raw and sprouted, and we add them to salads. Lentil soup is also one of our favorites.

I love to make soups with lentils. They cook much faster than beans, and are also hearty and filling. these are so fresh and the best use by date is well over a year after reception date.

The lentils I purchased were excellent quality (Better than I could find in a brick and mortar store) and very reasonably priced. Shipping was prompt and the cost was fair. I have already placed a second order!

What's not to like about LENTILS they are very rich in protein so for me this one is a no-brainer they cook up very well though you have to do it right. I like to soak mine overnight then throw them in the crockpot with the vegetables.

Lentils are amazing! If you don't like dry beans, these are the beans for you--they can disappear almost without a trace--but of course, without losing their amazing fiber, protein and mineral content. Cook thoroughly and they can be pureed into a thickener for soups, crushed into a mash to stretch a meatloaf, or mixed with breadcrumbs, eggs and seasonings for a surprisingly delicious fritter!

I use this lentil to make soup and salad. I like the grain size and color. Expires in 2020, so I can use it for the long time. Love the price. Indian grocery store charge the double price for that.

We used the lentils to make fermented chicken feed. There is limited to any dust in these lentils. There was no debris mixed in either, usually I’ll find llittle rocks or twigs, none in this product!

Fantastic price for bulk dried lentil beans! Quick to prepare and just throw a little seasoning on them, and they are perfectly good as a side dish just like that.

A great buy for twenty pounds of lentil beans. The beans come in a large bulk box and we always break them down into airtight bags to extend their storage life and make it easier on the kitchen staff. A very good buy.

Great quality beans. They arrive bulk-packed, and since we dont use them that quickly, we repacked them in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. They will last a very long time this way. They are very well cleaned, and we found nary a pebble or stick in the entire box. If you are looking for quality food for long term storage to keep in case the lights go out, get some of these lentils.

Do note that this product comes packaged in boxes with no plastic. This does not affect the quality of the product but do not let it get wet.

Lentils are good for everyone but are a must have vegetarian staple. They are very good as is, cooked in soups, and in vegetarian chili.

The size of the box blew me away. The perfect size for any restaurant or food establishment. The price in itself was a steal, this is surely my one stop shop for lentils.

Good test and quality the only problem I have is how they packaging the item they put the Lentils (it’s a little beans) on the box without a beg. My order arrived in three different groups in a different time that make it not so convenient.

I ordered these beans a while ago but am still using them. I have found the quality of beans pretty good (not many pebbles or odd pieces). Although it can be a bit too much for home use, I am happy with it because of its quality.

20 pounds is a lot of beans. The boxes are heavy - 20 lbs each!. Imagine what it would be like to drag that weight home from the grocery story. I love the feeling of a full pantry, especially as we move toward winter since last year Boston was snowed in for weeks at a time. Lentils are so nice thrown in any kind of broth soup or on their own cooked with chopped carrots, onions, celery and a slice of bacon. These are great quality and they'll last forever and the price is incredible. If I ever run out, I will definitely buy from webstaurant store again!

These lentils are very nice and at a great price. You get a lot for your money, they cook really fast and do very well in many soups, salads and sprouting.

As these lentils are sold in bulk, they arrive in a cardboard box. Naturally lentils have to be sorted and washed before use, but we would recommend bagging first. If your carton breaks in shipping as our did...there go most of the beans. Of course, customer service was very good about replacing the item and re-shipping.

I personally add these beans to my chicken stew that I make at home for my family. I was surprised how quickly I used them. Twenty pounds doesn't go as far as you would think!

Lentils are nice simply cooked but are great when you incorporate fresh vegetables in them! They work nice as a base for holding roasted chicken!!
