Dried Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans) - 20 lb.

I make a fair amount of hummus and these beans work very well. They aren't quite as good as the fresh ones our friend brought us straight from his field, but MUCH better than others I have purchased.

These dry chic peas are great. We soak them and boil the on our griddle for our salad bar. Customers love that they are fresh and not out of a can. The flavor is good, as expected. Delivery was super fast. The price is goo. I would’ve given this item 5 stars if they were in a bag then put in a box. But they were just in a box that was packed good. Hope this helps

These chickpeas are saving us a lot of money. Soak them overnight, then cook them in the slow cooker throughout the day. Mash them up with some chicken bullion and taco seasoning and they make great meatless tacos.

These are very quality and flavorful I have already made Chana masala oven roasted chickpeas and you can use them in anything. I highly recommend these if you want chickpeas they are good quality and uniform.

This is the best way to buy bulk garbanzo beans! Bought to feed a relatively large family without taking too many trips to the store. I was worried about getting an awkwardly large bag or something, but these shipped in a wonderfully compact cardboard box, just very convenient all around. Nice quality.

The quality of these garbanzo beans is A+ They are fresh, there was not a single rock amongst the 20 lbs of beans we got, or dust. Ready to use and makes a great addition to salads. Also great when cooked and frozen into smaller snack sizes. Makes an easy meal during the week.

These Garbanzo beans are allot bigger then others I've previously purchased I've never ordered or received product from Kelley Bean company that is where these beans came from. But on the initial look side of things they seem to be pretty good quality. I'd recommend this product to others.

Great value for these bulk dried chickpeas! We use them for many recipes including salads, curries, hummus, soups, and roasting them with spices for an easy snack! We prepare them in our pressure cooker under high pressure for 30 minutes - cover them with about 1" of extra liquid (we use water or vegetable broth).

Excellent quality chickpeas. Very uniform in size. Flavorful. Cook soft in standard time. No need to add baking powder to soften. Superb for hummus. Highly recommend.

We go through a lot of chick peas and these are bar none the best buy we can find. They soak well and very rarely do we find a bum chickpea. This is the way to make some real money on falafel and hummus. The flavor is great all around this is a great product.

One of the most expensive dried legumes on the site, but worth it for us because we love tagine! Big, meaty garbanzos are also delicious with pan-roasted chicken thighs and of course a filling addition to salads. I repackage in tightly closed mason jars to avoid bug infestations.

I love to sprout my garbanzo beans before cooking them these beans are nice and fresh and sprout within 24 hours which helps keep there consistency from becoming mushy.

We use these dried chickpeas cooked down the tomato paste and Pimenton spice. We make them into a ragu and serve them over hot couscous.

Good test and quality even some of the beans arrived black the only problem I have is how they packaging the item they put the chick bean on the box without a beg . My order arrived in three different groups in a different time that make it not so convenient.

Just soak them overnight then put them in a pan and bowl slowly until tender. Add beans, tahini, olive oil, and a great gourmet salt to a food processor and process until you have a smooth creamy paste. Top with pine nuts, cilantro, garlic, jalapenos... whatever you like to add additional flavor.
