A perfect solution for the busiest bakeries and other operations, this Doyon 20 pan end load roll-in oven rack allows you to easily load a rack packed your finest creations! This rack enables you to wheel up to 20 full size sheet pans of food directly into the oven for baking. You can easily pre-load the entire rack so it can be rolled into position without the hassle of loading each pan separately into the hot oven. The top hooks on the rack slide into the top of the oven to secure the rack during cooking.

This rack features a durable stainless steel construction and heavy-duty casters. It holds (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans for ample capacity. Shipped in a knockdown form, this rack requires assembly. Pair it with your compatible Doyon SRO1 rotating convection oven for an efficient system!

What is the difference between an oven rack and a regular pan rack?

Our roll-in oven racks are designed to withstand the high temperatures of use in roll-in ovens. While they hold sheet pans just like a regular pan rack, their casters are not designed to be wheeled long distances all around your facility. If you don’t need to use your pan rack in an oven, we recommend a standard pan rack.
