A Godsend. This machine is a savage beast. Rugged and reliable. I got mine with the return chute, which I highly recommend in tight situations. Easy to use, easy to clean, but most of all, dependable.

This item broke the very first day we received it. It worked for about the first 20 buns and then cut off. We tried troubleshooting it and nothing worked. Had to call the manufacturer and they had to send a part for us to install ourselves. So we had to go 1 whole week slicing 300 buns a day by hand after paying for a machine that didn't even work. Would not recommend purchasing this item.
