Doyon Baking Equipment CPF422 Details
Representing one of the most effective bread slicers on the market today, the Doyon CPF422 floor bread slicer is great for slicing all of your signature fresh-baked breads. A powerful 2/3 hp motor allows this unit to slice up to 100 loaves per hour at a 7/8" thickness. High volume slicers such as this one significantly decrease the amount of time that would be spent slicing by hand, and owners can also ensure consistent slices throughout the day, regardless of which staff members are responsible for slicing. This also creates a more consistent final product that's guaranteed to create an attractive display within your bakery case.
To operate, simply push and release the handle while your loaf sits on the unit and the slicer blades will automatically start passing each loaf completely through the blades. For added safety, a mechanically-assisted infeed helps gently push the bread through and the motor stops automatically after the loaf has been sliced. These features reduce the potential for injury, as your employees won't have to force the loaf through the machine. When the user is done slicing, a bagging device is included for effortless wrapping and packaging of the fresh bread. For additional convenience, an integrated crumb drawer slides neatly into the unit to catch excess materials during slicing and a total of four casters are provided, including two with brakes, to make for easy cleaning around and behind the unit.
The Doyon CPF422 floor bread slicer is perfect for high volume bakeries and cafes looking to quickly and easily prepare any number of specialty bread loaves. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
