Yes, sheet pans can be washed using a normal peg rack. We recommend washing no more than 4 sheet pans at a time to ensure proper wash.

Streamline your dishwashing operation with the Moyer Diebel MDHHD hood-type high temperature dishwashing machine no booster. A large 27" opening can accommodate trays, pans, and 60 quart mixing bowls. Its heavy-duty construction includes a stainless steel booster as well as wash and rinse arms, making it ideal to hold up to the wear and tear of busy commercial kitchens. The built-in Rinse Sentry ensures a 180 degree final rinse.

An easy-to-use and technologically advanced touchscreen interface makes operation of the dishwashing machine simple and intuitive. This system offers on-board service diagnostics to assist with cutting down on service calls. This machine has an auto-start features, which means it starts as soon as the hood is closed. Thanks to its high-efficiency 2 hp self-draining pump, it can complete a full cleaning cycle in just 60 seconds and cleans up to 60 racks per hour using only 0.73 gallons of water per rack. It also has a pot and pan mode with 2, 4, and 6 minute cycles.

To further conserve energy and protect your machine, it comes with a sleep mode that shuts off all internal heaters after 4 hours of being idle. Featuring both an automatic tank fill, and automatic drain valve, this machine is simple to operate without requiring constant monitoring by the user. A mounted pressure reducing valve ensures that you are receiving the appropriate level of pressure while washing. Additionally, this unit is engineered for maximum flexibility during installation and can be configured on-site for either a straight or corner setup. This unit requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation.
