    I've worked as an executive chef in a few kitchens and recently opened my own food truck with my Wife. Dexter-Russell slant handled perforated spatulas are my favorite for any flat top work. They're comfortable and keep cool in the broiling hot of summer near a grill and flat. This blue one is weighted nicely, it's shimmer nuanced by it's handle and feels great in my hand. With three of these and hours of service, you can feed an army. They've proven to me that they can build a product that can stand the test of time. I have one that has lasted for over 6 years and still going strong. Hands down my favorite flipper.

    This turner is a must have. I own a number of turners, and this one is the most versatile. It's flexible, and I really like the perforations for draining fat and juice.
