Have used these before, they are the best turners made for the moneyand will last forever.They are great for grills and griddles. get 2 when you order as they have a problem of being stolen if a cook ever used one of them

Heavy duty turner that can be used on the grill, stainless steel pans or cast iron pans. VERY sturdy and slightly heavy but the beveled edge makes turning items a cinch! I love using it with my griddle. Great deal for the quality!
