This unit comes with a thermo-tube heat transfer system that ensures efficient energy use, so that more heat goes into the oil and not up the vent. Plus, with a 50 lb. frypot oil capacity, this fryer is perfect for making large quantities of french fries, onion rings, hot wings, and other fried foods. Maintaining desired cooking temperatures is easy thanks to this fryer's large heat-transfer area, which helps reduce the breakdown of oil due to high heat loads. A wide cold zone traps sediment and keeps it away from the cooking area to further preserve oil and food quality.

This fryer also boasts precise temperature control, which ensures minimal high heat damage to oils during the heat-up and recovery process. Plus, a robust RTD temperature probe provides reliable readings of the frying oil temperature to help you monitor the oil's heat levels. A Millivolt control system, which requires no electrical hookup, controls burner firing using a match light. (2) twin fry baskets give you the flexibility needed to cook up multiple batches at once. This unit can meet all your frying needs and accommodate a wide variety of wet batter and frozen foods.

The door, frypots, and sides are made from stainless steel to provide durability at key points, while stainless steel baffles and reliable burners minimize maintenance calls and keep your fryer running. When it's time to clean the fryer, the gravity draining system, full port drain valve, and 3" drain line make it easy to empty the frypot. This fryer has a 3/4" connection for liquid propane and comes with a combination gas valve with regulator.
