This unit's efficient heating system produces an impressive 90,000 BTUs of power that allows you to cook up to 65 lb. of frozen french fries per hour! This outdoor fryer uses a standard 30 lb. propane tank (sold separately) for quick heat up times and fast recovery, while its millivolt thermostat control lets you adjust temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Large, 14" rear wheels and a built in stainless steel handle provide easy maneuverability over any terrain, making this Crown Verity outdoor fryer perfect for caterers, party rentals, and concession stands. In addition to features that ease mobility, this unit also has a high limit safety shut off that will shut the unit down if extreme temperatures are reached, which gives you peace of mind that your employees will be safe while using it. For normal operation, this fryer has a convenient combination gas shut-off valve and pilot ignition system.

Thanks to its 1 1/4" full port ball drain valve and all stainless steel fry tank, filtering and cleaning this outdoor fryer at the end of the day is simple. This unit ships fully assembled with two fry baskets, a stainless steel tank cover, and a two stage regulator and hose included.
