This Crown Verity DS-1 dump station is designed specifically for use with Crown Verity PF-1 and PF-2 outdoor portable fryers that have optional RES removable end shelves installed. The dump station includes one full size 6" deep food pan and one 4" deep full size perforated pan to help you quickly dry excess oil off of your fried foods.
