When I opened my brand new dispenser last year, I was so excited. It was all stainless, shiny and could hold 4 of our house brewed teas and hand squeezed juices. Only after a few hours of operating, did the problems begin to happen. The magnetic agitators are never in sync, they bounce instead of spin which created a loud clicking sound and does not agitate the product. The sound is so loud and because it is near my order window, my cashiers cannot hear customers order. On top of that, the liquids we have in there freeze and the agitators never work properly. I have been in contact with Crathco twice and they have sent replacement agitators, which would only work for a day or two and then back to the freezing and clicking noises. They said if we called again, we would have to buy the agitators (which do not work properly anyways). This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever purchased and wish I had not spent my money on this.
