Crathco CS-2D-16 Simplicity Bubbler Series Double 4.75 Gallon Bowl Premix Cold Beverage Dispenser with Agitation Function

Worst possible beverage dispenser machines possible. These machines are Crathco's second series from the classic bubbler and they use inferior parts that will not properly agitate the product or cool the product. The machines are easier to take apart and clean but because of that the machines are not as sturdy and have problems being put back together and leaking whatever fluid you put into the machines. The part that actually dispensed the fluid leaks. I have 6 of these machines and every machine has problems. The company that produces these machines know about the problems and are having problems with these machines across the country and are refusing to help me and just keep pushing back any help so that these machines will no longer be in warranty and they no longer have an obligation to help me. Overall DO NOT purchase

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. KEEP USING THE D35. I bought this product thinking it would be an upgrade from the most common D35-3. It has been nothing but problems. It arrived defective. Had to be replaced right away. The on-off switch had to be replaced and is acting up again. The Valves either leak or get stuck, the dispensing is erratic at best. The overflow/drip tray constantly falls because the magnets are not strong enough to keep it in place. The sprayer parts are hard to put together and keep in place and the latch just broke on one of the bowls. If I could return this product I would in a heart beat. If you are using the D35 and are thinking of switching, don't do it. The D35 is of much better quality and functionality.
