The ONLY oil to use for beignets. I also use for churros. The best best best. I can take dough direct from fridge, roll out and throw in fryer set to 385F- this oil can handle the high heat and the flavor is the best. I've tried other oils for beignets and no can do.
This is a very neutral tasting oil that works perfectly in any fryer. I bought this small size just to try it out in a small fryer, and it worked out great.
LouAna cottonseed oil is a great quality and makes for a great dressing base. The case price is great and the oil is such a good quality.

I use this in a Cajun fryer. You can fry fish followed by almost anything as the taste of the fish does not carry over. Makes fantastic fries and cheese curds (Wisconsin style)

This oil was used to fry turkeys rather than peanut oil to protect guests who have peanut allergies. The oil did a great job as a substitute.
