Love this oil! I use it for my Chinese dinners and it works great. Handles the high heat in my wok great and for making infused oils.

The ONLY oil to use for beignets. I also use for churros. The best best best. I can take dough direct from fridge, roll out and throw in fryer set to 385F- this oil can handle the high heat and the flavor is the best. I've tried other oils for beignets and no can do.

I use this in a Cajun fryer. You can fry fish followed by almost anything as the taste of the fish does not carry over. Makes fantastic fries and cheese curds (Wisconsin style)

I use this oil daily. This is the only oil I will use. It has a cleaner taste that peanut oil and for those with allergies it is problem free.
