Use this Cooking Performance Group 351302080147 liquid propane to natural gas conversion kit for FGC-100-L and FGC-100-DDL as a simple way to adjust your safety valve to a different type of fuel. When used with the correct orifice (sold separately), this item converts the safety valve on your Cooking Performance Group convection oven from being compatible with liquid propane to being compatible with natural gas.
