I would highly recommend this 23 gallon slim trash can. It is made of a heavy duty trash can. Our employees drag it on the floor. We have had it for many years now and it still hasn't broken.
Sturdy enough to carry with one hand even when full. Easy to clean out and very low profile. Our countertops are about waist level and this fits underneath them no problem. Plenty of coffee gets splashed on the side and we still don’t have any stains

Unfortunately, I can't use this anymore, as I moved house and my kitchen is smaller than it used to be. However, this trash can has been perfect in my old kitchen. This, along with the drop lid, fit perfectly under the lip of my counter top. It holds plenty of garbage (I only had to empty it once a week). I highly recommend this can if you have enough room in your kitchen.

We have these all over the restaurant. They take a beating and will probably be around as long as our restaurant is. Best use is in the bar where they see a lot of bottles.
It does it's job. It's slim and light weight. I wish that they would create a trash can that has a reinforced base because we end up rubbing holes in them from dragging them. We have stairs to get down to get to a dumpster, so we have to drag it.
