CMA Dishmachines MODEL E-C-EXT Details

The CMA E-C-EXT extended-door, low temperature, chemical sanitizing single rack corner dishwasher offers a "green" option for commercial dishwashing, using only 1.01 gallons of water per cycle. It meets all ETL, UL and CUL sanitation and construction standards without the need for booster or tank heaters.

With a 90-second wash cycle, the CMA E-C-EXT extended-door, corner dishwasher can clean up to 40 standard dish racks per hour. Its new integrated Poly Pro scrap accumulator prevents food soil from entering the drain system.

As part of its unique spray arm system, upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps provide excellent cleaning.

The CMA E-C-EXT low temperature, chemical sanitizing extended-door corner dishwasher features a top mounted control box, complete with chemical pumps and a deliming system for dealing with scale. Its all stainless steel construction assures a long life and years of trouble free operation within your commercial kitchen. Includes 1 dishrack. It requires a 115V electrical connection.

1) The machine literally came with wires disconnected inside. I had to read the whole manual to figure out where they went in order to get it running. 2) The timer motor stops working every 45 days. We are on the 5th motor now. 3) They will overnight you a new motor, but in the mean time, you have to hand wash all the dishes...unless you buy a spare with your own money because they won't send a spare even though they know the stuff is total. 4) I SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE VERY MECHANICALLY INCLINED AND CAN REPAIR IT YOURSELF ON A REGULAR BASIS!
