Choice 5" x 4" Beveled Square Edge Turner with White Polypropylene Handle

I bought this as a backup for the Mercer brand 5x4” heavy duty turner that I have. I use them to smash and scrape/flip smash burgers. These Choice 5x4” turners are not rigid enough for the job and had bent at the factory break where the business part of the turner transitions into the handle. Cannot recommend for anything heavy duty. Two stars because they aren’t complete trash.

Choice brand is an absolute no brainer. This turner is great for handling hot cookies and beyond. Easy to hold,rest evenly on flat surface. Nice weight. Good quality you can feel.
