    This is a nice spoon if you need 3oz portions. The only thing I don't really like is the ivory color. It's more of a tan color, but it's not consistent. I have a complete set and the ivory solid and the ivory perforated aren't the same shade. One is more white while the other is more yellow. However, it's not the same yellow as the 1oz spoon. It defeats the color-coding aspect of the handles, but it still gives you a 3oz portion and does the job.
