These sturdy spoodles are great for portion control in a restaurant. We use these constantly and have not had a problem with them coming apart. We use them for our salad bar and for the sundae bar.

If you are looking for a 2oz portion spoon, look no further. This is a great 1/4 cup measure to! Comfortable to hold and will last a while since it feels sturdy in your hand.
I like the size of this portion spoon. It helps me save time and product when I am measuring out portions. I also like how the handle has a slight bend.
Purchased these so i could portion out food better then just guessing, especially when new staff in the kitchen. Hand is durable while whole spoon is super light weight. Handle does have a ledge on it so it doesn't fall into pot when not in use.
I ordered this for my restaurant to aid with my portion size and food plate calculations. I was very excited to receive it, as I am a lover for numbers and was now ready to do some calculations. After about 15 uses, I tapped out some strawberry filling from the spoon, and off came the portioner. I was very disappointed :(
