Handles do dry out with dishwashing, but in a restaurant, you can’t hand wash something like this. It’s too tedious other than that they are great.

Works great on pies/cakes, but can also be used in place of a spatula.
The pie servers work great for serving pizza's at the table and we also sell them to customers when they need one at home when the receive their pizzas from delivery drivers.

Exactly what I was looking for, however, if you ordered in bulk, be prepared to spend the extra time removing the barcode stickers off of the wooden handles. I really wish sticker placement was thought out on this item!
Excellent pie servers! We order 2 dozen around 8 months ago and no flaws. They have been through high temperature washes and work perfectly fine. The fasteners and wood quality are top notch. Highly recommend!
