    This is a nice portion spoon. The curved handle makes it convenient to quickly pick it up even when laying down, and the yellow color makes it instantly recognizable as the 1oz spoon. The handle is a bit long, so if you are scooping out of a shallow pan, the length is overkill, but overall, it does the job.
