A perfect little tray. I use it for turning the chocolate molds upside down to drain the excess chocolate out, and it a great size for that. I don't have all the expensive equipment yet... but for a lower price I can accomplish the same result.
the combo of 2 pieces is amazing and super convinient for your kitchen, the pan is light but strong will fit a production kitchen perfectly without any problems the cooling rack is also nice for some food preparation
Unbeatable, super heavy construction. Performs really well, nice satin finish. The set gives you some options, such as using (or not using) the rack. Use the rack in a full size to do two dishes at once. Wham!
