For cold storage and fast, efficient prep, this package includes an Avantco SS-PT-48M-HC 48" mega top stainless steel refrigerated prep table. This refrigerator holds up to (18) 1/6 size, 6" deep food pans (sold separately) in the top rail and has 12 cu. ft. of storage capacity in the base to keep extra ingredients cold but close at hand. Whether your menu will require employees to build savory sandwiches or toss specialty salads, this prep table with its industry-best 3/4" thick cutting board, 1/4 hp compressor, eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, and stainless steel construction will keep up with your busy kitchen's needs.
On the hot side, a stainless steel 1000W microwave and a 10" wide, 1750W conveyor toaster with a 3" opening allow you to quickly toast bread and rolls or warm up ingredients and appetizers. The 0.9 cu. ft. capacity microwave can hold a 1/2 size, 6" deep food pan and features a 6-minute dial timer for simple operation. To complete your sandwich prep station, the conveyor toaster can handle up to 300 slices per hour and has a wide opening that can accommodate thicker breads, bagels, or rolls. The toaster's fully adjustable conveyor speed, 4 heat settings, and standby mode increase versatility.
Holding your food is just as important as preparation and cooking, so this package comes with a three pan 1500W electric steam table, 48" 1200W strip warmer, and one double free-standing 900W drawer warmer.
