Constructed of 430 stainless steel, this thermometer has a 2" large display so you can clearly see the temperature on grills and cooking surfaces. The color-coded scale also makes it easy to see target temperatures for grilling or searing meat, poultry, or fish. For added convenience, this thermometer includes both Fahrenheit and Celsius readings and includes a temperature range of 100 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit (40 to 425 degrees Celsius).
Ideal for high-heat applications, this thermometer measures temperatures with precise accuracy for consistent cooking results. Ideal for restaurants, bars, or food trucks, this thermometer includes 2 tabs on the top to safely lift and move it with tongs or a metal turner. The flat bottom design makes it easy to move the thermometer around your grill or cooking surface to check for hot and cold zones. Be sure to allow the thermometer sufficient time to cool down after use before handling.
