Versatile Pan Accommodation
This set comes with (1) 5-pan front loading insulated food pan carrier, (1) black strap, and (1) black dolly. This pan carrier holds up to (5) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.
Superior Temperature Retention
Because this carrier is made with rugged polyethylene, it can withstand high heat exposure and heavy use. It also offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 7 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator hot board or CaterGator ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.
Dolly and Strap Included
Quickly and safely transport this pan carrier with the included dolly and strap. This dolly can transport up to 300 lb. of stacked food pan carriers. This dolly boasts 4" non-marking swivel casters to reduce damage to floors and features rounded corners to reduce impact damage on walls. Plus, two casters have brakes to secure the unit in place when needed.
Easy and Secure Transport
The dolly's lip is low enough to open the door to access contents while keeping the carrier secure. It features a central hole to easily drain liquid or steam.
