Carnival King CCME21 Cotton Candy Machine with 21" Stainless Steel Bowl and Floss Bubble

Disappointed in this machine. I used it twice. The first time I made about 70 single flavor bags for my little girls school for free. (Bought to use in my concession trailer) I let the machine rest and cool down and cleaned after an hour of use. I used a second time briefly. Maybe 2 hours use on it tops. Tried to use it for my first day opening and the first two flavors spun off perfect then the machine quit heating correctly. The floss was gumming up on the head instead of melting and turning into cotton candy. Allowed the machine to heat up properly. Took forever to get a few bags together before I finally gave up! The machine has 3-4 hours run time all together now and it’s a waste of time and money! I didn’t even come close to earning my money back with this product, let alone make a profit!

This machine is such a money maker and so easy to use. Instructions are very easy to understand. The metal bowl cleans up easily with hot water.

100% junk. Literally 1 day after I couldn’t return it it died. It’s more of a novelty item than something you can actually use. It’s sitting in my basement right now. Complete waste of money!!

This machine does not work well and customer service is being more trouble than it’s worth - email after email with questions. Not helpful. On the 2nd use, hard a terrible and embarrassing event when the floss was spinning out like yarn. The machine head was perfectly clean. Definitely not buying anymore Carnival Kings.

We didn’t even use it twice in six months and it doesn’t work now that it’s out of warranty there is no help. Spent a good chunk on this and need it for an event and it doesn’t work. Don’t t waste your money on this item.

This is a wonderful machine. We own this table top one as well as the one on a cart. the one on the cart is not as easy to transport as this one so this one is great for renting out for parties and traveling with! works great consistent, and pumps out those cones at a nice speed

I returned this un-opened. After I ordered it I found there were little to no replacement parts available for this model. I really prefer to have some replacement parts on hand and less down time.

The Carnival CCM28 is the best machine I have used thus far. It makes cotton candy at a high speed to keep the line moving speedy, keeping your customers happy to enjoy the sweet tasty treat and event they came to be a part of. Make sure you clean your machine after every use and deep clean ever so often.

We buy 2 machines and are very easy to use, this machine makes it easy for me to keep up with demand on every event. This machine is very easy to clean.

We ordered this machine after much debate. The reviews about burning sugar really steered me away from it. But upon waiting and waiting for the one we wanted to come back in stock we reached the end of the road and had to order this one. We needed it for a a small event. They thankfully reschedule last minute. this machine just burns sugar! Upon receiving the item we noticed there was already burnt sugar on the head. We removed the top and cleaned it just as the video recommends. There was already burnt sugar in two of the screw holes, making it really hard to get the top off. We cleaned it the best we could and took it for a test run.... 7 cones later a ton more burnt sugar in the screw holes. I'm really disappointed in this machine. I'm not even sure I can use it confidently for my business.

First off you spelled my company name wrong it is BKG Icee Treatz i used the maker once the day i got it i made to cotton candy cones they were great big fluffy perfect. i went to make a bunch of bags for a event by the 6 or 7th cone it smelt like it was burning the sugar and the cones were getting flatter turning the machine off. After letting run with the heater off. I saw the whole bowl was black with burnt sugar taking three hours to clean. After letting it dry i start again with in three cones it was burnt black and was burning sugar again. .The head is so burnt that the burnt sugar seeped into the screw holes. Making it hard to take off the top of the bowl. We ordered this machine to expand our business, not loose money like will be this week-end. Tell me what would you do in my shoes??

Just heat up 1 min and add sugar and its ready to go ! Good quality and sturdy material. Would recommend for personnal and commercial use.

My Cotton Candy Machine by Carnival King works amazing! I love that you are able to take it apart for storage use, it is easy to clean and operate. I also enjoy the safety feature with the bowl, at first it did not turn on, but that was because I didn't have the bowl locked in place. I feel this was a great investment.

This machine arrived on time but was so disappointed because my daughter is really looking forward to having cotton candy for her birthday but this won't turn on, new from the box. My children are so disappointed and so do I. It ruined my child's birthday celebration.

3rd time using this machine, and it wont turn on. Used once for a baby shower and once for a birthday party. Disappointed. I want to return this cotton candy maker.

East to use and easy to clean. The machine only takes a few minutes to heat up and ready for cooking. Consistent cotton candy floss is produce each time.

Love this Cotton Candy Machine. Used it During our annual trick or treat on the square in town. Loved the smile on the kids faces as they watched their favorite flavor be made. We highly recommend this product. Perfect price too.

This machine was okay. I've had others and this one was not as good honestly. It burns the cotton candy easily. Even though it has the gauge to shoe you the heat there is now at to control the heat. And it just gets too hot. Get the one on the cart! It doesnt show you the heat. but it is much better than this one.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE. This is the first time I've ever used a cotton candy machine. I bought this machine with unsure expectations. My concern was the maintenance and cleaning. After using it 3x so far, I was very surprised on how little maintenance and cleaning it involved. I didn't want to buy a machine that I had to take apart in pieces to clean and this machine is not the case. All you have to do is remove the large metal piece to clean and wipe down the inner part of the machine with a paper towel. Takes maybe 15 minutes, which is convenient for me. I run the large top piece under very hot water in my sink and the cotton candy melts right off, then I wash it down. No scrubbing or hard labor needed. The unit appears to be sturdy and well made. Setup took only a few minutes, and after a three minute warmup cycle I was twirling up perfectly decent cones of cotton candy with only a tiny bit of practice. The unit runs pleasantly quietly, and I had no problems with burning the sugar even as a first time user. The 21” bowl is plenty big for home use.(the 28” model would have been harder to store) Plain grocery store granulated sugar works just fine to spin into wool, if a bit bland. Can’t wait for the flavors to arrive!

I love myKing cotton candy machine, but not sure of cleaning it. I have checked several videos but they each say something different. Any suggestions? Just made cotton candy for kids at church. Now I will have a sign one day each week for free cc to kids in neighborhood. We also have the snowball machine and will be doing the same for that.

This would be perfect for small gatherings or functions. But if using for large events it is hard to regulate the heat settings. If you are not super quick to keep the sugar floss spinning unfortunately I have found that it burns and when it burns it ruins the whole batch. I have read the owners manual 3 times and and tried several other things to see if it helps. The only solution I have found is to just shut of off let it cool down and clean it then proceed (which is quite a pain and takes about 30 minutes to get it going again). I would suggest you spend the extra money and get the one with the temperature controls.

So far a win easy to use and quite I’m happy with it just can’t wait to use again and again I’m ready for a crowd
