This is a good restaurant quality pans, non stick, I use it at the hotel making eggs and omelets for the guest, Just have to make sure to wash it in warm soapy water and keep a towels between pan, this way the non stick coating will last longer.

This pan is very good quality product. I normally fry sliced potatoes in it which took some getting used to since it heats up a little bit slower than other pans I have because it’s a nice thick pan. It’s also great at not sticking to things.

This was one of the first times that we have ever bought a Carlisle frying pan. They are comparable to the Vollrath brand and they work just as well in my opinion. You should definitely give this brand a try.

These pans are a little more expensive but the coating last longer for us. We also like the protective handle on each pan, makes for less ouches in the kitchen.

When they say non-stick, they mean it. It's an healthier option and also requires less cleaning. the materials are made strong so it will last you a long time.

It's a great inexpensive egg pan. I take care of it and it's still barely scratched. Don't use metal utensils in it. Don't throw it in a pile of dishes. Wash it separately by hand.
